The PURPOSE guides our strategy of finding customer focussed freight logistics solutions to move cargo efficiently and cost-effectively to its destination. Fulfilling the strategy will sometimes require investment in infrastructure or finding an alternative route to market, which is only possible if we understand our customer's business and challenges as if it were our own. Furthermore, we require dedicated, committed, and innovative people striving for operational excellence. We also strive to position Grindrod as a household brand in the communities in which we operate.
